My journey as a massage therapist began in 2005 in Montreal, Quebec, where I completed my Swedish massage training. Inspired to further my education, Chair Massage, Sports Massage, and Shiatsu then became accomplished tools that have since been incorporating in my treatments. In 2006, my practice began in multidisciplinary sports rehabilitation clinics operated by osteopaths and physiotherapists.

Learning sports massage opened doors to working in a variety of sporting events, tournaments and competitions. One of these once-in-a-lifetime opportunities included working with the Montreal Alouettes during their training camp and the first Montreal Outgames.

Along with clinical work, I practiced corporate massage in office buildings in Montreal. Traveling with my massage chair throughout the province, we treated clients in various settings including seminars, conferences, weddings, businesses, tournaments, and conventions.

In 2007, I made the big move to Vernon, BC in order to deepen my massage therapy training at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. I graduated and became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC in October of 2009

Later that year, Nelson became my new home and practice location. Since then, I have had the blessing of working with a wide range of clientele including athletes, seniors, children, people with special needs, individuals living with chronic pain and pregnant women.

The human system is an incredibly complex unit that one cannot help but deepen their understanding of it. In 2017, after meeting some health challenges, I have opted to dive into a 2-year Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy program and start a Visceral manipulation training.

The Kootenay Columbia College of Integrated Health Sciences has now gracefully offered an opportunity to teach within its organization.

I have a strong passion for the human system and all of its components which feeds my soul and inspires me to pursue a mission to educate and empower my clientele to realize the responsibility we each have in reprogramming, optimizing and committing to their own health.

Cheers, Santé!
